  Kool place. LOOKS really tiny from outside.It amazingly large inside.It truly easy to get lost inside this super warehouse.👍 It has EVERYDAY PRODUCTS even washing up detergent for dishes.🙂 Staff super friendly and product knowledge outstanding.👌 ANYTIME YOU ARE AROUND MITRE10 GLYNDE.   altruistic, reliable, honest and professional - 4 words which tend to describe a kind medical professional rather than a hardware store. However this store breaks the norm in more than one way. My experience - bought online plant spray. Checked out and there was a significant price error. Didn't expect them to honour it as I don't believe in stores absorbing the cost for price errors. If this was the case most great stores who give good prices on razor thin margins wouldn't survive; we all want them to continue to exist. However I get an email a few days later saying they would honour the price error. This kindness was not expected, but shows you the values of this store. May it continue to exist and grow with those great values for many years to come.

  Absolutely love the Glynde (Hectorville) store and always shop there for my "handyman ingredients". I feel part of the family when visiting the store and there is nothing that is too much trouble for the staff to help you with. Further, the staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable; not only of their department, but for the entire store. Also, there is never a problem when / if they have to order in something special for you and generally they will bend over backwards to keep you as a happy and satisfied customer. On top of all this, the prices are generally as good or better than (you know who) and they have products catering for all budgets, including top end / buy once products. Visit this store yourself to discover why they have won so many industry awards!! Mitre 10 Glynde will not let you down!!
